JD Wilkes & The Dirt Daubers Are A American Roots Music Band That Play A Range Of Old Time Acoustic To Hard Driving Swamp Rock. JD Wilkes Is Most Notably Known For The Legendary Shack Shakers As Well As His Solo Music Projects And Folkloric Research Drawn From Southern Music And Dance Traditions. The Dirt Daubers Consist Of Rod Hamdallah Of The Shack Shakers On Electric Guitar Drummer Preston Corn And Jessica Wilkes On Upright Bass And JD Wilkes As Frontman. Their Most Recent Album Wild Moon 2013 Was Produced By Punk Legend Cheetah Chrome And Released By Plowboy Records.
