The Embrassibles Is A 10 Headed Band Who Combine Jazz Funk And Hip-Hop With Brass Rap And Percussion. The Combination Of These Styles And Instruments Results In An Very Unique Sound! In The Beginning Of The Year 2007 Luc Gooren Had The Idea To Form A Brass Band. After Listening To Bands Like The Youngblood Brass Band Dirtydozen Brass Band And Hot 8 Brass Band He Had Become So Enthusiastic About Their Musical Style He Wanted To Play It Himself. After Asking A Number Of Other Musicians To Join The Band The Basis Was Formed. Now The Embrassibles Is A 11 Headed Group Of Musicians Coming From The Triangle Nijmegen-Venlo-Eindhoven In The Netherlands. We're All Enthusiasts Who Have Built Their Reputation In A Number Of Groups And Orchestra's In The Past. Ever Since We Started In 2007 Our Goal Is To Spread The New Orleans Brass Band Style In Our Own Modern- Way. With Our Slogan 'Embrace The Brass!' We Try To Convince The World Of The Fact That Brass-Made-Music Really Is Funky And Fun Where The Image Too Often Wears A Layer Of Dust.
