Bass / Herman Marin 2- The Duo Of Jeffrey Harland And Matt Bullimore Formed Oakland Based Noise Pop Group Legs In 2011. The Two Had Been Friends For A Long Time And Had Played In Bands Before Deciding To Join Forces And Begin Recording. Inspired By The Noisy Pop Found On Labels Like Mid-80's Creation And Flying Nun Bullimore Was Born In New Zealand And Grew Up As A Fan Of The Label Harland And Bullimore Spent A Year As A Duo Recording Project Only As Matt Learned To Play Drums And They Honed Their Sound.
