Each Recording Plays Uninterrupted For A Full 60 Minutes And Contains 100% Natural Recordings From Nature Sea Water Forest Etc. Recorded On-Location By Bjorn Lynne Personally. Bjorn Then Composed 1 Hour Of Relaxing Ambient Music For Each CD. Each CD Has Different Music. The Music Is Nice And Even Throughout But Does Not Contain Much Repetition Even Though It's A Full Hour Long. It's Excellent For Relaxation And Reflection. This Series Is A Number Of Recordings Of Natural Sounds Including Rain Campfires And Birds. Some Have Classical Backings While Others Are Only Sounds Purely From Nature. read less
