GR Tell Us About Yourself Where Were You Born And Grow Up What Your Family Is Like Etc... Ricardo I Was Born In Nassau Bahamas And I'm Presently Living There. My Parents Had A Full House With 3 Boys And3 Girls. We Grew Up Learning The Importance Of Family. Music Was And Is Still A Big Part Of Who We Are. My Dad Recorded And My Mom Sang And Performed Nationally At Concerts. My Sisters And Brother Either Play Or Sing. Music Has Been All Around Me For Years. I Guess That Explains The Evolution. GR How Did You Begin Doing Music? Ricardo I Have Always Been Involved In Choirs And Was Always In The Background. From 2000 To 2002 I Did Back Up For Christian Massive. I Began My Professional Solo Career In 2007. My Solo Career Began By Accident. DJ Counsellor Was Working On The Youth Alive Soundtrack And He Had Asked Me To Come By The Studio So We Can Work On A Song For It. Prior To This I Had Never Recorded As A Solo Artist Or Was Featured In A Song Professionally. I Did 3 Songs That Evening Including "Last Days"! It Turned Out To Be The First Single From That Album And Re-Released On The Album Arch Angel Riddim Project. GR What Is The Most Valuable Lesson That You Learned From Your Mom Or Dad Growing Up That You Still Apply Today? Ricardo I've Learned The Dignity Of Hard Work And Having Integrity In My Personal And Business Dealings. This Is What I Treasure Most From What Has Been Passed On To Me By My Parents. GR If You Could Share The Stage With Any Christian Or Secular Artist In The World Living Or Dead Who Would It Be? Ricardo I Don't Have A Favorite But I Love Fred Hammond. His Musical Talents Have Engaged Me For Many Years And I Still Have His Tapes! Performing With Him Would Be Awesome! GR I Know That You Have Written A Whole Heap Of Songs In The Past But What's Your Favorite One? Now If That Is Too Hard For You To Answer Then Tell Me This If You Spent 5 Minutes With An Avid Reggae Fan And Only Had Enough Time To Play Them One Of Your Songs Which One Would You Play Them? Ricardo Definitely Too Hard To Choose Just One But With 5 Minutes I Would Let Them Listen To "Not Settlin". It's Self Explanatory. GR Read Any Good Books Lately? Ricardo Currently Reading "The Audacity Of Hope" By Barack Obama. GR As Christians God Is Of Course Our True Inspiration But Beyond The Generic Response Of "Jesus " What Are Your Muses In Your Life For Lack Of A Better Word ? For Example What Are The People Places Or Things That Trigger A Fresh Musical Idea And Ultimately A New Song For You? Ricardo Honestly For Me There Is No One Way Because Art And Inspiration Are Everywhere. I Can Vibe Off Anything If It Moves Me Or If It Moves People. GR Name One Thing That Fans Do Not Know About You. Ricardo I Don't Watch Much TV! I Love Comedy When I Do Get Some TV Time. I Love To Laugh...I Really Do! Ministry
To Inspire To Educate And To Encourage A Holy Uprising Through My Music.
