After An "Improvisation" - As They Defined The Show That Night - They Realised They Had Something Very Special In Their Hands. But It Wasn't Until After Opening For Rhye At Teatro Angela Peralta In 2017 That Self Sabotage Realised That Everything Was Flowing Very Fast They Knew They Had To Make Music And Release Something Official Which Is Why They Produced Their First EP Skin And Bones 2017 . After Performing At The Vaivén Festival 2019 The Duo Released Their First Full-Length Album Visums 2019 . An Album That In Nine Tracks Shows Us An Energetic Fusion Of Sounds And - As The Name Suggests - Represents A Musical Universe Without Barriers. Under The Premise Of Taking This Project To International Scenes Self Sabotage Has Not Only Fused Different Musical Genres Such As Electronica Jazz And Alternative Rock But Has Also Chosen To Tackle Two Languages They Feel Comfortable With.
