The Formation Called Shishani Consists Of Guitarist/composer Koron Poland And Singer/songwriter Shishani Namibia/Belgium . The Two Met Each Other In Groningen In 2004. Since Then They Have Been Writing And Performing Their Own Music In- And Outside Of The Netherlands. In 2006 They Collaborated With Several Musicians From The Prins Claus Conservatory In Groningen. Throughout The Year They Performed In Different Venues Including Festival Je--Mínkovo Království In Olomouc Czech Republic. In The Summer Of 2007 Shishani – At That Time A Group Of Seven People – Recorded An Album In Brno Czech Republic. The Album Is Yet To Be Completed. The Duo Is Currently Working On Several Projects. One Of Them Is Their Collaboration With Russian Celliste Yulia Kharitonova. The Fundaments Of Their Music Lay In Numerous Alternative Music Styles. Regarding The Fact That They Come From Different Parts Of The World They Strive To Combine Several Influences Into Their Music. Their Sound Is Characterized As Soft And Dreamy But Always It Carries A Clear Message. read less
