The LUSTS Was Borne Out Of A Violent Head-On Car Crash. The Early Stages Of The Band Was Created As Singer/song Writer/producer Abyssino Was Laying In The Emergency Room Strapped Tight Into A Neck Brace Waiting For Another MRI To Figure Out The Damage. Up To This Point He Had Only Been The Singer In A Few Bands Suckerpunch And Fear Of Pooh And Had No Musical Inclinations. But This Project Was Different. There Was Something To Say And No Way To Get It Out. So Abyssino Enrolled In Audio Engineering School To Get Things Rolling. Along The Way He Learned Several Instruments And Got To Work Creating And Producing The Band's First Full-Length Album Sacred Psalms For The Lowered Released On 10/20/2023. All The While Struggling With A Traumatic Brain Injury Affect His Ability To Remember Pretty Much Any Important Details. The Album Plays Like The Ramblings Of A Fractured Madman As Each Song Stands Out Alone Against The Whole Mainly Because Each Song Represents Having To Relearn The Process Every Single Time. In The Four Short Years Between The Accident And Album Release He Had His Hands In Every Part Of The Creation Process Including Writing Playing Arranging Recording Mixing Photography Web Design Packaging Graphics Promotion Video Creation Etc.
