The Result Were An Alternative Indie Rock Band From Dublin Ireland Composed Of Alan Irwin And Michael Wall On Guitars Shay Ferris On Bass And Vocals And And Tim Nolan On Drums. The Band Had Been Increasingly Playing Concerts And Music Festivals And Have Played In A Number Of Venues Across Dublin City But Also Further Afield In Wexford Kerry Galway And Italy. The Band Played Many Events For Youth Including The "Young Social Innovators" Showcase In The RDS In Ireland To Name But A Few High Profile Public Shows. The Band Have Also Played In Many Concerts As Support To Irish And International Artists Such As Delorentos And The Coronas. The Result Went On Hiatus In Late 2009 To Pursue Solo Projects And To Fork Into Punk Pop Band "The OBCD".
