Between 2004–2007 He Released Three Politically-Themed EPs Known Collectively As The Mashed Media Trilogy WMD ...And Other Distractions Mediacracy And Cut Paste And Run. These Works Were Created Using Heavily Edited Soundbites Of Media Coverage Relating To The War In Iraq And Elsewhere Re-Contextualized Dialogue From Australian British And American Politicians—as Well As Countless Other Sources—all Set To Various Musical Styles. The Trilogy Is A Humorous-Though-Often-Disturbing Soundscape Of Our Times As Represented By Western World Leaders And The News Media. 2007 Also Marked The Release Of Mashopolos Which Is As Compagnoni Put It "a 10-Track Mashup/bootleg/bastard-Pop/remix Album." It Was The First Of Its Own Trilogy Followed Eventually By Mashopolos II The Mashening In 2009 And Mashopolos III Mashups For The People In 2012.
