Massoud Daryaband, (Persian: مسعود دریا) (born 1961 in Ahwaz, Iran and grown up in Tehran) is an Iranian singer-songwriter and musician. He first began playing guitar when he was 14 and his first performance was at the age of 18. Since the mid 80's he has been part of different bands and has studied at the Music Academy in Wiesbaden (Germany). He works as a guitarist, music teacher, arranger and composer. He released his debut CD in the summer of 2004 Bird(Parandeh).
