Peik Pedro’s is a Norwegian glamourband from Slemmestad, Norway. The whole thing started in 2003, when a group of young men was forced to expose their talents at their local middle-school. The first performance was a success, but three of the forming members decided to kick the other four members out of the band, in order to take their stage performance one step closer to perfection. The band now consisted of Jari-Pekka (drums), Håkan Teddy (Bass), Sven-Tim Tim (Guitar), Mikke (Guitar), Alessandro Papados (Sax), Chrissy-Chris (Tamburine & Percussion) and Peik-Pedro (Vocal). After a tragic accident, Sven-Tim Tim lost his apendix and this caused a name change to Sven-Apendix, to honour his lost intestine. Since then some band members have joined and left the band. Peik Pedro went to the desert for a year to get some new input and Kikki, a female singer, stepped in. She was the bands singer for more than a year, sharing the mic with Peik Pedro for six months after he returned. Unfortunately she had to leave the band because of artistic and personal differences. Mikke was eventually tossed on the street and spat on, because of the good old slipper-hero phenomenon and is now a session-member. Jari-Pekka discovered he was much better at playing guitar and keyboard, than he was at playing drums and today the extremely talented Grädd-Stickan is handling the drums. The band has supported artists such as Askil Holm, Kurt Nilsen and Postgirobygget.
