Martin Bartlett (1939-1993) was a composer and musician who specialised in electronic and electroacoustic music. He studied music at the University of British Columbia and at Mills College, Oakland, where he studied composition with Terry Riley, Pandit Pran Nath, and Pauline Oliveros.
