Whoita Boys is an Russian breakcore band made up of singer and producer S. Komar, co-writer and co-producer YandexX and Korea dj Korea DJ from St. Petersburg, Russia. Their music is largely influenced by 1990-2000s music including The Prodigy, Technical Itch and some dubstep musicians. The name “Whoita Boys” is reported to be chosen like this: Whoita is a literal translation for russian "Кто это, аъ?" which was the first name of the band at the time when no one knew them and was always asking "who is it?" Their first single "Tram Granny" was released in February 2005 and then their first EP "Empiric Basis" was released by the Shnoba Record House record label in April, 2005. Whoita Boys are now doing major work on their first LP and they plan to release it in autumn 2010.
