Sidation (Sid Truelove) started hardcore/rave/breakbeat band Xenophobia in 1992 with MC Skallywag from the Spiral Tribe and Zillah Minx providing angelic backing vocals. The band did numerious PA's at illegal parties in London and the surrounding counties, the most famous being Castle Morten where 65,000 ravers congregated and out of nowhere the biggest unorganised party in Europe was in full swing. Spiral Tribe had just released the 'Breach the Peace EP' with Xenophobia's monster track 'Doet' with the lyric 'Rush your f**kin bollocks off' and Xenophobia had just released 'Rush in the House' with the equaly excellent lyric Extacy it really gets me going, gets me so I don't know what i'm doing, go to the flow with an E an rush me Ooo rush me Eee rush me. Sid handed out a whole box of white lables to all the DJ's at all the rigs. Sid recalls walking into one of the biggest tents at Castle Morten and the DJ spotted him coming in and immediatly slammed on the white lable of 'Rush in the House' and Sid recalls how the place went absolutly mental when the DJ pointed him out over the mic. Rush in the house when released by Kickin Records went straight in at number 20 in the national dance top 100. Sid claims to have a dub plate of the first press with Rush in the House on the B side and The Wobbler on the A side and he's up for offers as the original is worth up to a hundred quid in the UK. Sid also announced that he is to release a Xenophobia CD/DVD with all the unreleased tracks and remixes with a DVD of the live PA they did at Rave World in 1992.
