Boo Seung-kwan (Korean: 부승관; born January 16, 1998), known mononymously as Seungkwan, is a South Korean singer. Managed by Pledis Entertainment, he is a member of the South Korean boy band Seventeen, its vocal team, and the subunit BSS (Seventeen) alongside Seventeen's Hoshi and DK.
