The band emerged in 2006 in Środa Wielkopolska. Then the band members were as follows: Dawid Ciesielski (guitar & vocals), Filip Barszcz (guitar), Mateusz Odalanowski (bass guitar) and Andrzej 'Iten' Kaźmierczak (drums). The first show took place on 2nd September 2006. The band performed two their brand-new songs and couple covers. During the Winter of 2006/2007 because of misunderstanding between the bass player and other members Mateusz Odalanowski had to leave.

During the Winter of 2006/2007 because of misunderstanding between the bass player and other members Mateusz Odalanowski had to leave. Some time later Wojtek Kindzierski was invited to join the band as a new bass player so that guys could continue their work on material. There was a big rock show on the 25th August 2007 in Środa Wielkopolska. During that event Furius met Piotr Kruczyński who offered them a possibility to work as a manager. Moreover, he inspired the band members to continue the hard work and seek an opportunity to play their music to a larger audience. Great cooperation lasts till this day:] Turn of the March and April of 2009 Wojtek Kindzierski decides to leave the band beceause of personal reasons. After a short time Bartek Baraniak joins the band. He was a friend and fan of the band, playing some time with Iten for fun, at times cable and gear carrier during shows. Although there was no bass amp back there and Bartek didn't actually have his own bass guitar Furius managed to continue doing rehearsals and shows (special thanks to Mateusz Odalanowski and Szymon 'Tuptuś' Tumidajski for huge help by leasing their gear). The Fall of 2009 was also an instable period in band's activity. Filip Barszcz - the guitarist decided to leave the band claiming the main reason as a personal matter. After a month of consideration the band members asked Piotr "Hellvis" Chrapek to join them. He replied positively which was a success due to Hellvis' great expierence, sense of music and abilities. The Furius' music deals with a strong, metal guitar riffs, solid, dynamic drums and deep bass line. Everything is decorated with a Dawid's great and strong voice. The band is inspired by e.g.: Machine Head, Soulfly, Slipknot, KoRn, A Perfect Circle or Tool. Furius is opposing the light, no-vibe rock music which tends to be popular nowadays. Their music is a great alternative to the 'sweet' sound which comes out from the radio or television.
