PrisonMyke is rumored to have formed during an improv session in the bellies of prison, or perhaps in a dark basement hidden beneath a prison support group, but when it actually formed is a mystery as all records have been destroyed when former members of the band turned state's evidence. Highly private and elusive, there have been no witnesses to live performances though they have been known to happen spontaneously and without warning. The band formed with the purpose of making the realities of prison known to the outside world after becoming fed up with all the corporate maligning and slurring. The members felt it necessary to form to relate to people what prison is REALLY like. Because prison stinks!
