THE ROCK BAND is renamed and regrouped punk-rock band アナーキー, from Japan. Because of various issues band had problems with, and after guitarist Itsumi Yasunari left band, in 1986, アナーキー went to THE ROCK BAND and started releasing new stuff under that name. THE ROCK BAND was active from 1986. until 1996. During that time they released 2 full Albums. In December 1986, 「アナーキー」, and in August 1987, 「四月の海賊たち」.

Victor Entertainment sponsored 「THE COVER SPECIAL」 live album release. 1992. in June, THE ROCK BAND for the first time in two years, performed live and participated in the Shibuya La.mama10 anniversary event. Later in November 1993, vocalist Shigeru Nakano formed his band 仲野茂BAND ''Shigeru Nakano BAND". Also on December, guitarist FUJINUMA Shinichi formed his own band 舞士 "My mechanic". In April 1994. was gathering of old members for doing a couple of LIVE performance of old Anarachy songs. And THE ROCK BAND disbanded on June 1996, when the drummer Kobayashi Takao left the band, and old memebrs regrouped (with addition of new Drummer) to revive アナーキー. Members: Vocal - 仲野茂 (Nakano Shigeru), Guitar - 藤沼伸一 (Fujinuma Shinichi), Bass - 寺岡信芳 (Teraoka Nobuyoshi), Drums - 小林高夫 (Kobayashi Takao).
