In 1990's most of hardliners in USA had problems with FBI and government because of A.L.F. activity. In 1999 hardline was officially dissolved by Muttaqi.
In early 00's hardline was popular in some vegan / straight edge circles of post-USSR countries, like Russia and Ukraine. Nowadays there is no hardline movement, but some people are still identifying themselves with that.
