New musical project by Tatsuyuki Hiyamuta, formerly of 東京スカパラダイスオーケストラ. It follows Hiyamuta's usual musical passions, merging rockabilly, jazz, surf and ska with occasional electronic music touches. In 2010 Dad Mom God's debut album, Poems Like the Gun, was released. It features several re-workings of TSPO standards written/arranged by Hiyamuta, such as Monster Rock, Lupin III and Wrecking Ball, as well as new compositions.

While essentially a solo project, he recruited many veterans of the Tokyo music scene to record and tour the album, including Koji Ueno (Thee Michelle Gun Elephant, the Hiatus), and Mori Masaki (Ego-Wrappin').
