Paeces are a four-piece distillation of Sean Bailey's Inverted Crux label's revolving door collective Bohemian Knights (also related to Spores Of The Golden Beard) with definitely a tribal improv feeling to the music. Pulsating drums, vocal howling and shouting, and a myriad of percussion instruments all seem to weave around each other, each element rising to the foreground for just the right amount of time before fading back into the shadows.
